We always provide customers with high qualified products, Our E-Cigarette products have passed rigorous quality control from our manufacturing. Although we do extensive tests before packing, we can't totally avoid this problem. So we provide you with a return policy.

 

You may encounter some problems when you receive the E-Cigarettes.

    

For example: the severe international shipping shock or volatile environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity etc, some sensible electronic parts may encounter some problems when you receive it or use the electronic cigarette.

 

1. What is the warranty in KKEMC.com? 

 

KKEMC provides warranty for all products in our store. We will send replacement through China post or Hong kong post freely for all defective or malfunctioning products within warranty period

 

*The warranty is classified into two types: products with warranty period (3 months or 6 months warranty) and products only accept "DOA"(Dead on arrival).

*3 months warranty and 6 months warranty means 90 or 180 days from being delivered, not shipped.

*"DOA" stands for DOA which means product is found out to be defective as soon as you receive it

Items not listed in this category will accept DOA only. The warranty starts from the day when the package signed.


Note:

The warranty period for each product could change but they will be stated clear in the product description, please read clearly before buying.




2. How to get new free replacements for broken items?

 

We now don't demand our customers to send back the broken items to save your shipping fee and offer more efficient after-sales service. Please note that some brands require S/N (serial number) before providing replacements. We recommend you to keep the package after you get the parcel, or take a picture of SN before you discard it.

1) Video/video link or picture must be straight to the point and show the problem clearly

2) Serial Number for Innokin, WISMEC, Eleaf, Aspire, VOOPOO and Joyetech product is a must. According to Aspire, VOOPOO and Innokin's requirement, all Aspire, VOOPOO and Innokin items also require security number.

Note:

For all replacement orders, we recommend to send together with customer’s new order, which will enhance processing speed so that orders can be shipped out quickly.

 



3. How to send the defective products back?

 

*Send the product back in your cheapest way to our following address. please pay delivery fee in advance. 

*No need to send back defective products via registered mail but assume the sending postage.




4. How to declare the shipment when I return broken items to you?



*Remember to inform us the order number in your return package, either a note or something, for us to check and identify.


If you must declare the parcel, please never use "e-cig" "e-cigarette", it will be better to use unrelated names, for example "gifts" "toy gifts" "electronics" "broken electronics parts".


Please mark the value lower than US$35. It will be helpful to clear China customs.




5. Do you provide any envelop or postage?


We don't provide any envelop or postage for returned items. Please do confirm our receiving address with us before you post back broken items, or we will not be responsible if they are lost.

Though we suggest our customers choosing cheapest airmail to post back broken items to save your costs, we are not responsible for lost parcels. You'd better use registered airmail or express shipping if you need to return many items together. Hope you can understand.
